Legiano Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Neroblanko Tech B.V., the operator of Legiano Casino, licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under licence number OGL/2023/158/0074. This agreement governs your use of the Legiano platform, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and promotions, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. By accessing or using any part of the Legiano service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

About us and licensing

Legiano is operated by Neroblanko Tech B.V., registration number 126211, registered in the Marshall Islands. The platform holds a multi-product licence issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under licence number OGL/2023/158/0074, covering both casino and sportsbook operations. Neroblanko Tech B.V. is part of the Rabidi N.V. group, which operates a number of related casino brands including Wazamba, SGCasino, BankOnBet, BoaBoa, Alf Casino, and Cadoola. Account registration and eligibility

You must be at least 19 years of age to register an account and use the Legiano service (18 in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec). Residents of the following jurisdictions are not permitted to register or play: the United Kingdom, the United States, Sweden, the Netherlands, Malta, Curaçao, Armenia, Tunisia, Indonesia, Georgia, and Malaysia, along with any other jurisdiction we designate as restricted. Each person may hold only one account; duplicate accounts are prohibited and may be closed without notice. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and update that information promptly if it changes. We require identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal, and we reserve the right to request documentation at any point during your account’s lifetime. We reserve the right to refuse registration or close any account that breaches these eligibility conditions.

Deposits and withdrawals

We accept deposits via Visa, Mastercard, e-wallets including MiFinity, Jeton, Zimpler, and Revolut, bank and fast-bank transfers, Paysafecard, Apple Pay, and ten cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, TRON, USDC, BNB, Dogecoin, Solana, USDC on Solana, and Cardano. The minimum deposit is $10 for most methods and $30 for Bitcoin, with a maximum of $5,000 per transaction; we charge no deposit fee. Cryptocurrency deposits are displayed and converted to your account’s fiat balance in dollar terms and are not held natively. Withdrawals are processed on our side within three business days (Monday to Friday, 06:00–17:00 GMT); cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours of approval, while card and bank transfer withdrawals take 3–5 business days in total. Monthly withdrawal limits are tiered by VIP level, ranging from $7,000 at entry level to $30,000 at VIP Level 5, and you may hold a maximum of three pending withdrawal requests at any time. Where possible, withdrawals are returned to the same method used for the qualifying deposit. If you withdraw funds that have not been wagered at least once, a commission of 10% (minimum $0.50) applies to e-wallet and cryptocurrency withdrawals, and 15% applies to card and bank transfer withdrawals. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is released.

Bonuses and promotions

Each promotion carries its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and take precedence over this general summary where they differ. Across all deposit bonuses, the standard wagering requirement is 35x the combined deposit and bonus amount; free spins winnings and no-deposit bonuses carry a 40x wagering requirement. The maximum permitted bet while bonus wagering is in progress is $5 per round or spin; bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. The maximum cashout from bonus winnings is ten times the bonus amount unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Bonuses must be used within 10 days of being credited (30 days for sports welcome bonuses), after which unused bonus funds and associated winnings are removed. Game contribution towards wagering is as follows: slots contribute 100%, live casino games and video poker contribute 10%, and table and card games contribute 0%; jackpot slots, Slingo, and bingo titles are not playable with active bonus funds. We reserve the right to void bonuses and withhold winnings where we identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk or hedge betting, placing bets above $100 before wagering requirements are met, or deliberately switching game types to exploit contribution weightings after a significant win.

Responsible gambling

Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, contact our support team in the first instance via live chat or by emailing [email protected] , where general queries receive a response within 24 hours. If your complaint is not resolved at that stage, submit a formal complaint to [email protected] ; we will provide an outcome within 10 days of receipt. If a complaint remains unresolved after exhausting our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board as the licensing regulator for external review.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, and we will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Legiano website prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of any revision will be stated clearly on this page. Continued use of the Legiano service after the effective date of an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
